Careers

Everybody is talking about Intellectual Capital. For WCBF, this capital is vital to our success. Our employees are our only real asset.

We are only looking to recruit exceptional people. Our company culture is one of achieving excellence and having fun while you work. The company structure is flat; giving you the autonomy you need to excel as individual, and the team support you can rely on as team player.

WCBF employees have a passion for their jobs, which is rewarded by giving back a large proportion of our revenue to those who made it possible for us to succeed. Early mornings or late evenings are commonplace. We arrange our time to follow the world's hours of business. ‘Work hard and play hard’ is a familiar saying, but at WCBF you will see how much fun is involved in true work commitment.

We are providing unmatched career opportunities for the very best. Are you results-driven? Do you have proven academic excellence? Can you perform as self-starter with a "can do" attitude? Are you a lateral thinker? Then join our team of outstanding professionals who most of all never present a problem to their manager without having thought of a potential solution.

We need to be very selective. The interview process is tough, but it benefits both the candidates and the company. We ensure that we have dedicated individuals with the right skills. You can be assured that you will enter a challenging, rewarding and dynamic world.

Our working environment is made up of employees from all walks of life. They all have one thing in common – the desire to succeed. Everyone contributes to the professionalism and motivation that prevails in our fast-moving company. We can, and do promise to enhance each employee's skill base through in-depth job specific training and generic skills training.
