The WCBF Global Lean, Six Sigma & Business Improvement Summit and Industry Awards is the largest senior-level benchmarking event focussed on Lean Six Sigma deployments in the industry and the awards program is considered to be the most prestigious.

The 2011 event will take place on October 18-21, 2011 at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, which is a Disney Deluxe Resort and the Victorian-style crown jewel of the hotels at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.

The 2011 event will be a much bigger and more interactive in its format.
