Driving the Customer Experience and Innovation through Business Process Excellence
Today WCBF announced that embracing innovation in Six Sigma and exceeding the customer experience are key issues to be addressed at the 5th Annual Six Sigma in Financial Services Conference, taking place September 25-27 2007 at the Marriott East Side Hotel, in New York.
Leading industry experts will share their practical experiences of how they are embracing innovation in Six Sigma to maximize operational excellence and generate growth – the conference will include insights from TD Canada Trust, the Association of BPM Professionals, and Bank of America, on a panel discussion being moderated by Powersteering Software.
Aline Young, SVP, Quality & Productivity at Bank of America will also reveal how they have driven innovation in lean Six Sigma for fulfilment and service development. Ms Young will discuss the tools required to drive the right associate behaviour in the business, the challenges of reducing costs and adding value to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and how to establish the correlation between the AOP and customer requirements.
Using Lean Six Sigma to seize new market opportunities while improving customer satisfaction is a very important strategy for The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the organization which won the CEO of the Year Award at WCBF's Global Six Sigma Awards in 2006. Jim Femia, Managing Director and General Manager of DTCC Global Corporate Actions Services and Don Wiiken, Business Reengineering and Quality Director at the DTCC will provide key learnings from a deployment that has optimised Six Sigma to maximize the customer experience.
This market-leading conference is the largest and most highly regarded event for Six Sigma, Quality and Process Improvement Leaders in Financial Services, and is a unique opportunity to discover how to really achieve innovation and business process excellence within all operational areas of the organization.
WCBF’s 5th Annual Six Sigma in Financial Services Conference will enable participants to benchmark and network with peers, listen to business leaders and hear practical, project case studies from across the full spectrum of financial services.
